For some reason in the last year or so, you can no longer get through to the reception by phone without a 30+ minute wait...that's if you can get on hold. The phone line now cuts you off and tells you to call back.

This isn't just during busy morning periods, its all morning until gone lunch in some instances!

The staff here are lovely and I can't fault them- from the reception staff to the drs themselves. That isn't the issue...it's accessing them in the first place!

If you go to book one in person at the clinic at 8am, you are queuing out of the door. Somehow people find that's preferable!

I signed up to systmonline to try and book my own appointments online but have only been able to use it once as they never allocate any appointment slots for you to pick one!

It never used to be this bad. I'm very concerned now that if my child is ever ill,

I can't get through to get him seen by a gp and will have to resort to faceless 111.
