What I liked
I called beforehand and spoke to someone who could advise if it was the right place for my injury. The receptionist greeted me immediately and was pleasant and informative. She was also a lovely presence in the department with other staff and patients. The nurse was friendly and helpful and remembered my call. X ray staff were also helpful and friendly and were really quick. Back in the Minor Injuries Unit I was given good advice and information. Overall a positive and reassuring experience.
What could be improved
If anything a handbag hook on the toilet door.
"Professional, quick and reassuring."
