"The Orchard are the worst GP surgery ever :("

I’m very disappointed in this GP surgery, I’m pregnant and bed bound with hyperemesis gravidarum, I’ve called my doctors every day since Wednesday last week requesting a call back or visit by my GP, the GP has not phoned me back once nor come to see me, I called back the GP surgery to chase my call back / visit only to be told by the receptionist that the GP won’t be phoning me as they recommend I go to A&E if I’m that ill ! I’m absolutely disgusted with the surgery and will be putting in a complaint when I’m feeling better, for now all I can do is switch to another GP surgery
