(as a service user),

I have just returned from a 3 day stay at this ward following Kidney Stone surgery.   I have to say that the staff and facilities her was exemplary from the moment of arrival.   Special thanks go to all staff for their friendly, thoughtful and professional care at all times, even when obviously very pushed.   Particular credit goes to Kelly, Bless, Donna, Debbie.
