"The slickest appointment"

About: Princess Alexandra Eye Pavillion

(as a relative),

I attended a clinic with my Dad this afternoon.   It was perhaps the slickest appointment either of us had experienced.   We were taken early, the nurse was efficient and explained the procedures.   We didn't have long to wait for the Consultant who took time to answer our questions.
