About: Lower Clapton Group Practice

I have been at lower Clapton group practice several years and never have I felt so neglected,invisible and a shame .

I’m really disappointed with the service I have been receiving you guys should be helping patients and looking into their medical problems not pushing us away and making it feel like we’re less or un important I’ve been under growing the same medical problem for a year and a month now and I’ve notify doctors of this at the and not one has looked in my case all I keep hearing is the same advice over I have taken on board the advice and it still hasn’t solved my issue I came back to u guys again about it and you haven’t done anything no medication or a referral to see a specialist or something just advice again advice can’t fix anything it not guiding me at least if I was on medication or refered to a spealist I would feel much better to know u guys are actually trying to help with nothing being done it feels like ur pushing me to the side and I feel invisible look no one health is un important whether it’s young or elderly ur get paid to do ur jobs if u didn’t want to help people with the their health why become a doctor in the first place today I have enquire on the same medical issue

I’m under going on as my gp I’m waiting on a response if not changes or gets done I’m reporting the this surgery and acknowledging that to the nhs.

So sorry you feel you are not being given the appropriate advice. If you contact us directly at lower.claptongp@nhs.net we can look into your case and think about why you might be feeling this. We never want any of our patients to feel 'neglected, invisible and a shame'. Our complaints policy is available on our website and giving us the feedback directly means we can look into what happened.

I wonder if it might be helpful for you to try and see the same doctor each time you come. it is sometimes easier for a doctor who has seen you before to understand that the advice you were given first time round has not worked for you. If you use the AskMy Gp facility on our website you can request a doctor by name and put all the details of what has happened so far.
