"Private consultation for knee/back pain."

This was a recent private follow up consultation for my knee and back pain.The Consultant recommended an MRI Scan of knee and C Spine, L Spine which was all done on the same day in one go to my full satisfaction. At the end of Scan I requested a CD copy of my scan, as usual...(I was always offered a free copy of private

MRI Scan in every Hospital I have been to in the past without any problem).When I requested this,

I ended up going as far as the manager who insisted on a £17.00 fee for a copy CD. I refused to pay and followed this up with my consultant who was equally upset as me! I am awaiting for the outcome.
