"The transition was seamless"

About: One Recovery Bucks / Aylesbury

(as a service user),

I moved in with a new partner in Aylesbury but my biggest worry was leaving MK Compass however the transition was seamless and smooth.   All the key workers have been wonderful and supportive.   This is an excellent service for anyone wanting to make recovery and I am very grateful for all their help, thank you.

Thanks so much for taking the time out to give us your experience of accessing our service. We understand that transferring between services can be stressful and risky for our service users. So it is fantastic to hear how well it went for you. As Service Manager I am so proud to lead a such a team of professionals, they do an amazing job and are working even harder than normal at the moment due to us having extensive work on our main building. I will ensure they received your feedback.


I wish you and your partner all the very best for your new life / home together in Aylesbury. If your partner needs any support we also have our dedicated family service to support families who's love one is impacted by substance misuse. Just get in touch or ask your keyworker for information.
