(as a service user),

I was very impressed by the efficiency and attention of the entire endoscopy team - the doctor who performed the treatment, the assessment nurse, the assistants in the procedure, the recovery-room nurse, the receptionist on the unit. They listened to my comments, explained everything thoroughly, ensured my safety, and made the gastroscopy  procedure as little stressful as possible.
