Today’s visit was with one particular nurse, and as always her help and service was above the norm . I requested a appointment to have my PSA bloods and was offered an appointment after seeing her because she did not do bloods , as I was with her the bloods were taken. This ment I had to come back and I was taken an extra appointment for something that could have been done earlier. I have been with the practice since 1973 and see many changes, but do find it hard to understand when asking a question of the doctor I get a long silence and answers I do not understand. I also found it hard to understand way it took 2 mouths to say I had a hernia this is possible because in February and 2018 I had a trapped nerve and would not change this option. But still have faith in Eden Medical and our NHS.
