I arrived at MK Hospital for my day surgery procedure which went very well indeed.

My review here is about the staff; I am a very nervous patient, I was bordering on a full blown panic attack and wasn’t sure I could go through with my operation. My main concerns were problems I might have with the anaesthetic, having had extremely unpleasant problems in previous surgeries. I spoke to my anaesthetist about this. My concerns were dealt with and explained as much as they could be, and the compassion shown was reassuring, usually an anaesthetist doesn’t have time to linger... I’m so grateful to all the staff in recovery and on the day-ward for helping me to have a less traumatic.
