Came into Hinchingbrooke A&E due to a head trauma I had suffered, I felt incredibly unwell and uneasy on my feet after the impact to my head and I rang 111 to get some advice, I was told to go to A&E. The doctor that I saw was a gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) but I felt completely dismissed and I felt I had no proper care or advice given to me. I did tell the doctor I felt that way but he was very dismissive. So disappointed in this hospital. I’ve never used the A&E here and I don’t think I would want to use it again if an event occurred where I needed to.
