"Twice asked for a doctors call back only to be..."

I have waited a year for an mri to be told 6-8 weeks for results , have called the surgery to go on doctors call list to be just ignored . Also having to go into Springfield hospital for general day surgery due to problems with periods , saw consultant on the 17th dec 2018 and still no date , on advice of hospital I could speak to my doctor , yet my gocyir goes by want to speak . Was told by receptionist that o would wait weeks for an appointment to see my doctor !!!! Really not sure what is happening at this surgery and as.
