"No appointments and dont answer phone"

About: Ling House Medical Centre

Takes over 100 calls to get through in a morning for an appointment to be told no appointments or to push to get 1 to go and the doctor ask to see you again in 2 weeks to be told they cant book an appointment until 5 weeks later at the earliest! Ridiculous... Also 1 receptionist is very rude and unhelpful especially takinh personal calls whilst at work about meet friends for Lunch!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that it took you a long time to get through to us on the phone. However, we have been incredibly busy throughout March which has impacted in increasing the demand for all our appointments.
