In the past I must point out that I have had issues with getting appointments when needed as I work full time and also I never did fully understand why the receptionists needed to question you about your illness and some of the receptionists in the past customer service and telephone manner has left a lot to be desired.
Fast forward to now and how things have changed for the better. I totally understand why receptionists do need an understanding of your medical condition in order to determine the most appropriate help and Advice.
I can always get an appointment urgently on the same day if needed.
( downside to this is the appointments are in time order and they must be given out like that ) IE if I I ring in the morning for an emergency appointment I cannot choose something to suit me say in the afternoon. I have to have the next available time so find this inconvenient.
Receptionists have a better telephone manner.
I recently went to see the doctors for my eye infection and I was extremely pleased with the care and treatment that I received from the doctor who is a asset to your surgery and likewise the same for another of your doctors.
Thanks again
"Good honest review"
