"Chapel of Rest at Northampton General Hospital"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

(as a relative),

I booked an appointment to see my mum who had died the day before. The staff at the N'pton General Viewing room were very polite, calm, diplomatic and understanding.   According to others who had been with her when she died,   my mum had looked in a bit of a state, as you might expect. They had prepared her in a way that was SO sympathetic. She looked calm, relaxed, at ease, almost beautiful. I cannot understate how well these staff had done to made her look so serene. It made me so pleased to have made appointment. My lasting memories will now be ones where she looked at peace. Many many thanks to all of the staff who were involved in this process. Well done - you are doing an outstanding job and have really made a difference.
