Impossible to fault the care and tratment given to my granddaughter,(thepatient) her mother and myself (grandmother and carer) by the staff on ward 2 yesterday.18th March. My granddaughter has special needs as she is disabled and so is her mother. The respect and, kindness shown to us as wonderful. It was a long and tiring day for all involved including staff.
An especial thank you to the senior health care assistant whose understanding care throughout the day was so appreciated.
