"A very positive experience, with excellent care..."

What I liked

I visited the Urgent Care Centre at Rochdale Infirmary on Saturday 14 April with an ankle injury. The service I received was excellent and I'd be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to the staff who attended to me. All treated me with respect and were very professional and efficient as well as friendly. Thank you!

What could be improved

The waiting area was rather noisy but I understand that this may be unavoidable.

Perhaps the television in the waiting area could be tuned to something more visual, e.g. a nature programme rather than a reality TV show.

Also, it would have been helpful to have an idea of how long I was likely to have to wait (less than an hour, as it turned out).
