(as a parent/guardian),

Myself and my daughter attended an appointment with Sarah at PRCH today. We have waited 5 weeks for the appointment. 

Sarah was brilliant with us. She smiled lots, spoke directly to my daughter and was great when explaining what exercises needed to be done , why they were important , how they would help , and how to do them! A really great service. Thank you :)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted that your daughter had such a positive experience within our podiatry service. I will make sure this feedback is passed onto Sarah. It is so important that clinicians are able to communicate well with our younger patients and not just direct all their comments at the adult in the room and I'm so pleased this is what happened at your appointment.
