"Rude receptionist"

About: The Waterfront Surgery

My dad is 80 and has cancer and stomach problems. He finds it difficult to walk. He has had 2 falls in over a week. My mom phoned to try and get a home visit. Staff were rude and wanted dad to go there (in about 2 weeks). My mom got upset. Later that day a Dr phoned. I spoke to the Dr and he said there was no need to come and see him as he had the appointment for 2 weeks time. Dad kept the appointment but was feeling worse. Dr had given him painkillers that had made his stomach complaint worse and I ended up falling 111. My mom has phoned again today and yet again the staff were rude!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!

We are very sorry you feel you haven't been look after correctly by the practice.

The practice manager is not aware of this complaint, please contact the practice so this can be properly investigated.

Comments on hear with out the full details are extremely hard too resolve.

We will be discussing these comments in the practice meeting but if you would like to contact the surgery with more details we will be happy to look at this for you.
