"The pharmacy"

I took my prescription into the pharmacy straight after my appointment. The nurse I saw was absolutely lovely! She is an asset to the surgery. However. The pharmacy staff were absolutely useless. All of the staff members had their own conversation disregarding every customer waiting in here. There were 10 or 11 people waiting at one point and none of the staff members acknowledged any one of us. One lady even walked out. I am absolutely appalled at the service every person has received whilst I have been observing.
