"Staff support to make tough decisions"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

My mum has recently been admitted to BRI for vascular complications.. all of the staff from doctors, nurses to the cleaners have been excellent, we had to face some devastating news about our mum and mum had to make a tough decision ..without the support of all the staff mentioned above, this would have been a nightmare for us..

Again I thank all the staff on ward 29 for all your support, the kindness you showed us and to the other families..
