(as a service user),

I was extremely nervous about my surgery to remove a mole from my neck however the procedure was complete in less than 10 mins virtually pain free and I was made to feel relaxed  and comfortable by Kirsty who carried out the procedure and Lauriann the nurse assisting who were both professional, welcoming, and reassuring wish I had done this a lot sooner.
