I attended the Willow Endoscopy department 22nd November 2018 for a colonoscopy and having been through this procedure else where before was extremely nervous. I cannot thank the staff enough, the receptionist was so friendly and reassuring as were all of the medical and prep team who were involved with my care. The consultant carrying out the procedure was extremely sensitive and I was advised constantly about what was happening. The wonderful staff meant that this was a much more positive experience than I could have asked for, thank you so much for all your dedication and commitment.
