(as a carer),

After what seemed like a lifetime ago, my partner was admitted for a premature induction into the Princess Alexandra Wing at Treliske hospital.

Words just can not describe how amazing the staff have been for us in all sections we visited during the induction in the day care centre through the epic 16 hour labour in the delivery suite to the surgery staff to the post natal ward.

The staff are plain and simply legends.  The labour and delivery where very emotional as my partner was suffering from SPD so was in immense pain.  

But through it all the staff where amazing, made us, even me feel at home and kept us up to date on what was happening and help my partner through all the pain.

The staff really should be commended on how amazing they are.

Please do pass on our thanks to all the staff who looked after us. It was a traumatic experience due to the length of the labour so especial thanks to Shannon who looked after us during the night on the 7th in the delivery suite and the two midwives who took over during the day who's names I've forgotten as I was a zombie by then! I'm so sorry!

Your staff are amazing!!!
