About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I have just completed the 8 weeks of cardiac rehabilitation exercises at Hairmyres Hospital and found the staff very encouraging and patient. The information I was given about the exercises and why they should be continued was informative and rather enlightening. Especially why we should do warm up and cool down.

The staff were personable and made exercise time enjoyable. I feel fitter than before.
