"It felt like a chat with a friend"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

I was referred to Inclusion Thurrock for CBT following bouts of Anxiety and Depression. After numerous weeks with a very caring, patient, pleasant, genuine therapist Sam, I learned techniques to help with combatting my Anxiety and depression. Not only was I offered the tools, it was nice just to talk to someone different that understood what I was going through. Sam listened, seemed to ask all the right questions to get to the bottom of what could be the cause of my issues. At times it was so relaxed it didn’t feel like therapy, just a chat with a friend. For this I am truly thankful.

A great service offered and excellently delivers. It has helped me no end.

Dear Morphy Richards

My sincere apologies that I seem to have not responded to your lovely story before now!!

All I can say is it seems to have been lost somewhere where ever those emails go - when you are sure you have pressed - "send "!!

Apologies once again.

However,It sounds like you have definitely gained lots of useful skills and some added confidence from your therapy, that's brilliant. I hope you continue to enjoy the benefits and new found approaches to life's ups and downs.

Thank you once again for sharing your lovely story. From all the team here at Inclusion Thurrock.

Paul
