"Very friendly and helpful staff but there are some..."

What I liked

I've had to go to Warwick hospital a few times over the past couple of years and every time I have been there the staff have always been friendly and extremely helpful. The staff in the endoscopy in perticular were very caring and considerate and deserve recognition for it.

What could be improved

Waiting times are always longer than you want them to be, in A&E they can be several hours although they do make an effort to prioritise however even in other units where you have an appointment you can still wait for a long time.
