I just wanted to take a moment to commend the quality of care a family member has enjoyed recently at both A & E and the Mother and Baby antenatal triage and wards.

The best of responsive, patient-centred professional care was received. In a service like the NHS which is constantly under pressure this is no mean feat. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your posting about your family members’ recent experience in both A+E and the maternity unit.
I am sure that I can also speak for A+E when I say that it is great to hear that your family member had such a positive experience in our departments. All staff are very aware of how stressful hospital can be and strive to make every visit a good one. It is fantastic to hear that they gave excellent care that met the individual needs of your relavtive. I hope they are now recovering well.
I will pass on your wonderful feedback to the maternity staff in triage and the wards.
