What I liked

My husband attended an appointment today for his spine he is in agony with his back and wanted this appointment to be offered a solution to his pain.

The appointment was booked via choose and book and did not receive a letter from the hospital about the appointment. When he arrived he was told by a very rude and ignorant nurse that he was meant to bring all of his MRI scan results etcs . This was never explained when making the booking and no letter was received.

The nurse was totally ignorant and rude and the fact is my husband is still in pain with no solutions as he has start the tests all over again!

this is a very poor service!

What could be improved

A letter explaining that the MRI scan results must be brought along otherwise the appointment is a waste of time .

The nurse to have manners and needs training on customer care and being polite to clients.

Anything else?

I would not recommend this department at all
