About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I was anxious about getting my endoscopy, as soon as I entered the ward the staff instantly made me feel relaxed and at ease. Whilst getting the endoscopy the staff kept reassuring me, making me feel less anxious and as relaxed as I could be throughout. Very pleased with the care I received.
