"Very professional and helpful."

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / General medicine

(as a relative),

My wife sustained an injury to her ring finger when the car door unexpectedly slammed shut due to the high wind. At the RVI minor injuries unit she was seem promptly. Sounda the male nurse was very professional and helpful. He assessed the injury, got an X Ray immediately and administered the required treatment. He had a very pleasant manner and was very thorough and competent.

Other members of staff - receptionist, student nurse and the Xray room staff were all very helpful and supportive. The waiting room, clinic room and X ray dept. all had a nice ambience. It is great this service is available with such a high standard of care on a Saturday afternoon.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your wife’s care at Minor Injuries, RVI. We are pleased your wife was cared for in a professional and supportive manner and we have forwarded to the directorate concerned, who will share with the staff involved.
