"Terrible Drs Surgery, woman staff rude and..."

I have longterm illness with my back, arthritis, phoned for a home visit as in unbearable pain, pain killers not working, large lump on base of spine, unable to move much, incontinence worsening Was refused, given a nurse practitioner appointment, 5 mins later phoned me and cancelled my appointment because problem wasnt acute enough to be seen, head nurse rude basically refused any help i needed, told me to go to hospital. Disgusted with their attitudes and they dont care at all. Phoned 111 for advice they said i needed to be seen in 2 hrs, i told 111 i had been refused to be seen by drs surgery, they phoned them and I still got refused, just left to suffer in unbearable pain. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS SURGERY.
