"From Walk In onto A&E - wonderful care throughout"

We took our son to the walk in on the evening of Weds 13th March and from the receptionist, triage nurse, practitioner, Dr - they were all brilliant throughout.

We were put at ease, given a full breakdown continually of what was happening and why - couldn't fault the service and the kind attitudes.

We were directed onto children's A&E and the same applied there.

Everyone we met was polite,smiling, caring and professional.

We also couldn't believe we saw five different members of staff/Dr's in two departments and the entire visit was only 2 hours!

We left feeling reassured everything was ok and had the back up of coming straight back should anything change.

When it comes to your child, you cannot put into words how important that is!

You are a credit to the NHS, do a wonderful job and we are really grateful for your incredibly hard work and dedication.

Both my husband and I commented to each other after on how great the staff all were and felt we wanted to leave positive feedback and a thank you.

We only wish we made note of names of staff but unfortunately with everything going on it didn't happen.
