I hit my head whilst at work earlier in the day. Thought it would be a good idea to get checked out as I wasn’t feeling 100%. After booking in I waited for 4 hours only to find out I had supposedly been called. This meant I had to re book and start the wait to be seen again.
Staff were not helpful and just assumed I had left the department.
Just left me feeling like a number and not a human being. I had purposely kept myself awake just in case I had a concussion. Safe to say I was very tired by the time I left especially having been at work all day.
