"Waste of time"

Went to the walk in clinic, explained symptoms to the receptionist and waited. After 3 hours I left, very upset because no one had spoken to me or kept me updated. However when I rang the non emergency number, they said it was important I get seen within the hour. No chance of that happening here, rude staff, who really let the place down. I don't need to be made to feel bad, for coming to a walk in clinic and trying to get help, but after leaving I'd rather suffer than step foot back in here.
