About: Tower House Surgery

I am sure that this surgery along with all other NHS surgeries is extremely busy and that the workload of the receptionist from the time they come in till the time they go home is non stop.

Their position is very responsible they are the first port of call for patients to get help and advice.

However I have found recently that they can be lacking in empathy and in someone's case knowledge .. giving out for whatever reason incorrect information which had caused further stress .

Because of this responability they should not make patients feel stupid or a nuisance however busy or tired they are .. unfortunately I have been made to feel both when I have called for advice. This is why I have given such a low score .
