I'm appalled I had to wait over a week fory prescription now as a person with mental health I rely on antidepressants to keep my level yet waiting over a week just for my prescription to be done only.to be asked time and time again what have you ordered and to say computer crashed I'm not happy good job I don't have suisidal thoughts and I got the help from my parents and partner to try.and cope.best I could till I finally got an answer from pharmacy saying to collect really disappointed

We generally manage to process prescription requests within 2 days however there can be many factors which can delay the issuing of medication and these delays are not necessarily due to issues in the practice's control.

If you contact the practice we will be able to investigate what happened.
