Hello,

It is really good to hear the feedback from people who have attended the Depression Management course at STEP.

We are pleased that there were so many examples of why people found the course helpful.

With regards to the feedback about finding anything about the course unhelpful, we have taken note of this and it will be taken this into account in the forthcoming review of the course content.

We are aware of the challenges with the temperature in the room and are taking steps to rectify this.

Update on changes at STEP, Depression Management course.

Following the feedback from course attendees we have updated the workbook that we use within the course and Maslow's Hierarchy of Need (the pyramid) is now discussed at an earlier point in the course.

The course booklet has also been reviewed and agreed by one of our senior colleagues in IAPT.

With regards to the temperature in the training room, we have now purchased an air cooler which is helping to keep the room temperature manageable.
