- Finding out it’s not just me

- Getting me out of the house

- I was anxious for the first few weeks but became comfortable with the people around me

What suggestions do you have for improvements to the course?

- The pyramid thing should be brought in sooner

Response from Andrea Gratton, Team Manager, Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust We are preparing to make a change

It is really good to hear the feedback from people who have attended the Depression Management course at STEP.

We are pleased that there were so many examples of why people found the course helpful.

With regards to the feedback about finding anything about the course unhelpful, we have taken note of this and it will be taken this into account in the forthcoming review of the course content.

We are aware of the challenges with the temperature in the room and are taking steps to rectify this.
