Felt I needed to share.... Was at Barnet A&E today, having been fortunate enough to have never needed a trip to hospital for last 20 years or so..... I cannot believe how fantastically excellent the staff and care was. Seen in 30 mins, then treated immediately. Whoever organises their triage and general A&E department, well, they all need recognition ...outstandingly good.
We hear in the news how the cuts are affecting the NHS and, I will admit, there are times that you wonder what it really looks like.... Well, until you have first hand experience of their service I think we all take it for granted.
The way they look after people, with ever diminishing budgets and staffing shortages, is truly outstanding. I can only imagine how much more they can do with proper funding!
Credit where credit is due, everyone there deserves a huge thanks from every tax payer in the country!
