"Nightmare"

What I liked
I remember when my gran died at this hospital,we had just found this out and were obviously quite upset , as we stood grieving next to my grans body , two nurses who were standing just yards from us started laughing and giggling at some private joke .
Hardly the behaviour youd expect in this situation .
What could be improved
Nurses behaviour .
