What I liked

My husband visited the Ear Nose and Throat Department this week and saw a consultant about a troublesome cough when he swallowed any dry food. He was seen very promptly, treated extremely professionally from beginning to end and was very impressed with the attention he was given in the department. He was discharged luckily which made the appointment even better, but he thought the department deserved a pat on the back!
