To the Family Support Team, Thank you for guiding us and assisting us with everything.   It has been a complex journey for us but you have eased our path.   Our stay at the house was very relaxing and I am sure we will stay again soon.

Thank you for this feedback. It is good that you found the visitors' centre useful. I know that often carers have had many tough experiences even before their loved ones get to Rampton. I hope that the Family Support Team will be able to continue to support you. I don't know if you are able to come to our quarterly carers' events. But if so they can be good opportunities to get to know the wider team and also other people in similar positisons to yourself.

Thank you for this positive post about the support you received from the Family Support Team. We aim to welcome families and friends to stay at the Visitors Centre as a 'home from home'. Our next Carers event Peter mentions is on Sat 8th June which can provide you with the opportunity to meet with other carers who have encountered similar issues to yourselves and increase the support network for you. Each patient has an allocated Social Worker who can also provide you with additional support and information if you require. The Family Support Team will be able to signpost you to these resources if you wish to follow up on any of them.
