This is the worst surgery I have ever been to in my life. Firstly you can’t make appointments in advance so it is absolutely useless for people who work full time in the week like myself. Therefore I have to use my holidays to book a day off work due to this system they have. Secondly I got told that you can’t receive medication over the phone so I had to come in and have my blood pressure taken which I was waiting over half an hour for and for my prescription to take 2 working days! Previously I could have just seen a doctor for them to give me a prescription the same day. Absolutely terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Good Afternoon, I am really sorry you feel this way. Our surgery is open Monday to Friday 8am until 18:30 pm, our surgery does not open weekends which I presume that is would you meant by working full time. The reason why we moved to our 'On Demand' system is so that our patient's would be dealt with on the same day and didn't have to wait for weeks to see a GP.

Re medication over the phone: I think what you're referring too is that we don't take medication requests over the telephone, this is for safety reasons but you can register for our online access and order electronically or even email the surgery if its difficult for you to attend the surgery to order it in writing.
