(as a parent/guardian),

My 10 month old son was brought into A&E and subsequently taken to the children’s ward at Victoria hospital. 

The care we received throughout was excellent. I want to give a special mention to Carol in the children’s ward!! I was visibly upset and Carol took the time to as ‘are you ok?’ that then opened the gates for me to actually talk about what was happening. That is exactly what we needed. Thank you!!
