"A massive credit to RCHT"

(as a service user),

On Wednesday, I had left my hearing aid at home. I could not do the work I was due to do as my hearing is poor.  As a long shot  I popped into  Audiology to see if they could help me . I have attended the brilliant Audiology unit on many occasions .  As ever , the ladies on Reception along with others , were quick to help . 

  I cannot thank the Audiology team enough .  They are a massive credit to RCHT and probably do not get the credit they deserve .
