"A really caring service"

About: Douglas Street Community Health Clinic

(as a service user),

I visited the Douglas street Health Centre in Hamilton. I needed the stitches of my recent operation to get removed. I felt worried about it, expecting a painful procedure. However, the nurse, Nascera, was so careful and friendly so managed to actually make it a pleasant experience.

I received a great service at the same clinic a couple of days ago from another nurse. The ladies at the reception are also very polite and friendly. Thank you very much for the good care received at this health centre.
