"Very rude A and E nursing staff"

About: Royal Free Hospital / Accident and emergency

Exceptionally rude A and E nursing staff - this most be passed on to the consultants as it is not the first time it has happened like this. They were uncaring, unsympathetic and plain rude. Very dissapointing when compared to nursing care in the rest of the hospital which has been great. The A and E doctors do a good job but the nursing staff need to change their attitudes.

Hello

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback; I am sorry for the care you describe; it is not the standard we hold ourselves to. I have shared with the head of nursing so they are made aware and can bring it up with staff. Whilst overall a negative experience I am pleased the A&E Drs were doing a good job.
