"Getting in touch and their attitude"

Cannot get through on phone as they ignore it. Stuck in waiting queue for unacceptable length of time before getting the ringing tone to just be ignored again. Obviously because others are having the same problem.

On visiting in person and getting reception confirming they ignore the phone and putting it down to lack of staff (2 people) and blaming patients who, by complaining previously, got the telephone system changed to the (now) queuing system it has made it worse.

Staff are obviously frustrated,the one that spoke to me was very vocal and quite unsympathetic to the needs of their customers (by blaming them for the changed telephone system) they also say they have had additional workload dumped on them by inclusion of other catchment areas such as Bassetlaw,The contact arrangements are not working and I was advised it wont get any better when/if they eventually move.

Come on "MANAGEMENT" wake up to the problem and please manage it!!!
