From admittance to discharge I was treated respectfully, with, care and dignity. Margaret my admissions nurse was very welcoming and friendly. 

My surgeon Dr Endt-Wozny was kind and listened well to my concerns. She was informative and indeed came to see me in recovery afterwards.

Andy the anaesthetist was great. As I have problems he took the time to discuss the way we could approach it and indeed at the point of anaesthesia was still communicating with me. He even popped up to see me afterwards in my room.

In day surgery / ward room I was very well cared for by all nursing and auxiliary staff.  Both the staff nurses in duty to 8 pm and then on the night shift could not have made my stay more comfortable. Dee the auxiliary was a friendly lady and full of humour. 

If this had been a hotel I’d have given it 5 stars on trip advisor.. 

The NHS is overworked and underfunded and despite all of this I received top notch care.

Thank you John for your welcoming response. Good to hear that they are welcomed. Great care all round and good news ... my surgery was successful and I no longer have the worry.
